Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information EcomMath ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use ecommath.site (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. EcomMath provides free browser-based e-commerce calculators and a product page analyzer.
1. Information we collect
Calculator inputs
The numbers you enter into our calculators, such as prices, costs, fees, quantities, and dimensions, are processed in your browser using JavaScript. They are not sent to our servers, and we do not store them.
Product Sales Health Analyzer
When you use the Product Sales Health Analyzer, the product page URL you enter, or the text you paste in Manual Audit Mode, is sent to our analysis service, which runs on Cloudflare Workers. For a URL, the service retrieves the public page content so it can be evaluated. To generate fix suggestions, the service may pass page content to a third-party AI provider. Results may be cached for a limited time so repeat checks are faster.
Please do not enter personal data, customer information, passwords, or confidential business information into the analyzer. Only analyze pages you own or have permission to review.
Messages you send us
The contact form prepares an email in your own email application. We only receive what you choose to send. We use your name, email address, and message to respond to you.
Technical data
Like most websites, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and requested URLs. This is used to deliver the Site, prevent abuse, and keep it secure.
Local storage
We store your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is not used to identify you.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use cookies to profile you ourselves. The services described in the next section may set cookies or use similar technologies if they are active on the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.
3. Analytics and advertising
We may use analytics tools to understand which pages are used and how to improve them, and we may show advertising from third-party networks such as Google AdSense. If these services are active, they may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information such as IP address, device and browser details, and pages viewed. Depending on your location, you may see a consent prompt for these technologies.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on a person's visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and you can learn about other advertising networks' opt-out options at aboutads.info. More information about how Google uses data from sites that use its services is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Site and its tools.
- To generate results for the Product Sales Health Analyzer.
- To respond to messages and support requests.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse or automated misuse.
- To understand usage and improve our tools and content.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these cases:
- Service providers. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and the serverless service behind the analyzer. An AI provider may process page content to generate analyzer suggestions. Analytics and advertising providers may receive data if those services are enabled.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the Site.
6. Data retention
We keep emails you send us for as long as needed to respond and keep a reasonable record of the conversation. Analyzer results may be cached for a limited period. Technical logs are kept by our providers according to their own retention schedules. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical measures, including encrypted HTTPS connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws. These can include the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email [email protected]. You may also contact your local data protection authority if you have a concern.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International processing
Cloudflare operates a global network, so information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws.
11. Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
